Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery Policy

At Macfarlane CPA, PC, we offer professional accounting, tax, and advisory services. Upon engagement, services are delivered based on mutually agreed timelines and scopes outlined in the engagement letter or service agreement. Services may be provided digitally via secure portals, email, or video conferencing, or may be provided physically at our office.

Turnaround time depends on the nature of the engagement, responsiveness of the client, and complexity of the service.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional services, we do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us directly so we can address and resolve your concerns. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been performed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled appointment or engagement by providing at least 24 hours' notice. For ongoing monthly or annual service agreements, cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
 

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
